1. ვინ ვართ ჩვენ და პირობების მიღება

აპლიკაცია "ლოცვანი" (შემდგომში "აპლიკაცია") მოწოდებულია Geo Importers LLC-ის (შპს, რეგისტრირებული საქართველოში, საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი 405726978) მიერ (შემდგომში "ჩვენ"). აპლიკაციის ჩამოტვირთვით ან გამოყენებით თქვენ ეთანხმებით ამ მომსახურების პირობებს. თუ არ ეთანხმებით, ნუ გამოიყენებთ აპლიკაციას.

2. აპლიკაციის აღწერა

"ლოცვანი" არის ქართული მართლმადიდებლური აპლიკაცია, რომელიც შეიცავს:

ქართულ მართლმადიდებლურ ლოცვებს (დილის, საღამოს და სხვა)
საეკლესიო კალენდარს, დღესასწაულებსა და პასქალიას
მარხვის განრიგს
წმინდანთა ცხოვრებანს
სრულ ბიბლიას (ძველი და ახალი აღთქმა) ქართულად
ისტორიული ტაძრებისა და მონასტრების რუკას
საეკლესიო გზამკვლევს
პატრიარქ ილია II-ის ციტატებს

3. ლიცენზია და გამოყენების პირობები

ჩვენ გაძლევთ პირად, არაექსკლუზიურ, არაგადაცემად, გაუქმებად ლიცენზიას აპლიკაციის პირადი, არაკომერციული მიზნებით გამოსაყენებლად Apple-ის მოწყობილობებზე, რომელთა მფლობელიც ხართ ან რომელთაც აკონტროლებთ, App Store-ის პირობების შესაბამისად. აპლიკაციის შინაარსი საინფორმაციო ხასიათისაა და არ ცვლის სასულიერო პირის კონსულტაციას.

4. ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება

აპლიკაციის დიზაინი და პროგრამული კოდი ეკუთვნის Geo Importers LLC-ს და დაცულია საავტორო უფლებებით. ლოცვების ტექსტები, საეკლესიო კალენდარი, მარხვის განრიგი და საღმრთო წერილი წარმოადგენს საქართველოს მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესიის საჯარო მემკვიდრეობას. ტაძრების ფოტოები გამოყენებულია Creative Commons ლიცენზიით, ავტორების მითითებით, Wikimedia Commons-ის მეშვეობით.

5. App Store-ის (Apple) პირობები

ეს პირობები დადებულია მხოლოდ თქვენსა და Geo Importers LLC-ს შორის და არა Apple Inc.-თან ("Apple"). იმდენად, რამდენადაც აპლიკაცია მიღებულია Apple App Store-იდან, თქვენ აღიარებთ, რომ:

Geo Importers LLC, და არა Apple, არის ერთპიროვნულად პასუხისმგებელი აპლიკაციასა და მის შინაარსზე, ასევე ნებისმიერი ტექნიკური მხარდაჭერის უზრუნველყოფაზე.
Apple-ს არ აქვს აპლიკაციასთან დაკავშირებული საგარანტიო ვალდებულება. გარანტიასთან შეუსაბამობის შემთხვევაში შეგიძლიათ აცნობოთ Apple-ს, რომელმაც შეიძლება დააბრუნოს შესყიდვის თანხა (ასეთის არსებობისას); კანონით დაშვებულ ფარგლებში Apple-ს სხვა საგარანტიო ვალდებულება არ აქვს.
Geo Importers LLC, და არა Apple, არის პასუხისმგებელი აპლიკაციასთან დაკავშირებულ ნებისმიერ პრეტენზიაზე, მათ შორის პასუხისმგებლობაზე პროდუქტზე, სამართლებრივ შესაბამისობასა და ინტელექტუალური საკუთრების დარღვევის პრეტენზიებზე.
თქვენ ადასტურებთ, რომ არ იმყოფებით აშშ-ის მთავრობის ემბარგოს ქვეშ მყოფ ქვეყანაში და არ ხართ აკრძალულ პირთა სიაში.
Apple და მისი შვილობილი კომპანიები არიან ამ პირობების მესამე მხარე-ბენეფიციარები და უფლება აქვთ უზრუნველყონ მათი აღსრულება.

6. პასუხისმგებლობის შეზღუდვა

აპლიკაცია მოწოდებულია "როგორც არის" პრინციპით. კანონით დაშვებულ მაქსიმალურ ფარგლებში, Geo Importers LLC არ იძლევა არანაირ გარანტიას და არ აგებს პასუხს აპლიკაციის გამოყენებით გამოწვეულ ირიბ ან თანმდევ ზიანზე. ჩვენ ვცდილობთ უზრუნველვყოთ ინფორმაციის სიზუსტე, თუმცა არ ვიძლევით გარანტიას მისი სრული სისწორის შესახებ. საეკლესიო საკითხებში მიმართეთ სასულიერო პირებს.

7. მმართველი სამართალი

ეს პირობები რეგულირდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით. ნებისმიერი დავა ექვემდებარება საქართველოს კომპეტენტური სასამართლოების იურისდიქციას, თუ თქვენი საცხოვრებელი ქვეყნის სამომხმარებლო კანონმდებლობა სხვაგვარად არ ითვალისწინებს.

8. ცვლილებები

ჩვენ ვიტოვებთ უფლებას შევცვალოთ ეს პირობები. ცვლილებები ძალაში შედის ამ გვერდზე გამოქვეყნების მომენტიდან.

1. Who we are & acceptance of terms

Locvani ("the app") is provided by Geo Importers LLC, a company registered in Georgia (company ID 405726978) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the app

Locvani is a Georgian Orthodox app that includes:

Georgian Orthodox prayers (morning, evening, and occasional)
The church calendar, feasts, and the Paschalion
The fasting schedule
Lives of the saints
The full Bible (Old and New Testament) in Georgian
A map of historic churches and monasteries
A church guide
Quotes of Patriarch Ilia II

3. Licence and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Its content is informational in nature and does not replace the counsel of a member of the clergy.

4. Intellectual property

The app's design and source code are owned by Geo Importers LLC and protected by copyright. Prayer texts, the church calendar, the fasting schedule, and Scripture are part of the public heritage of the Georgian Orthodox Church. Church photographs are used under Creative Commons licenses, with attribution to their authors, via Wikimedia Commons.

5. App Store (Apple) terms

These Terms are concluded between you and Geo Importers LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). To the extent the app is obtained through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

Geo Importers LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content, and for providing any maintenance and support.
Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Geo Importers LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo Importers LLC makes no warranties of any kind and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the app's information but do not guarantee that it is complete or free of error. For church matters, please consult a member of the clergy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted on this page.
