ანალიტიკა და თრექინგი

აპლიკაცია. აპლიკაცია არ იყენებს ზოგად ანალიტიკის სერვისს და არ აგროვებს ინფორმაციას თქვენი აქტივობის შესახებ აპლიკაციაში.

გამონაკლისია მხოლოდ სარეკლამო კამპანიების ეფექტურობის გაზომვა: აპლიკაცია იყენებს Meta-ს (Facebook) SDK-ს იმის დასათვლელად, თუ რამდენმა ადამიანმა დააინსტალა და გახსნა აპლიკაცია ჩვენი App Install რეკლამის შედეგად. იზომება მხოლოდ ინსტალაცია და პირველი გახსნა — არა ის, თუ რას კითხულობთ ან აკეთებთ აპში.

iOS-ზე პირველი გახსნისას გამოჩნდება Apple-ის თრექინგის ნებართვის ფანჯარა (App Tracking Transparency):

მესამე მხარის შინაარსი

აპლიკაციაში ნაჩვენები ტაძრების ფოტოები აღებულია Wikimedia Commons-იდან, Creative Commons ლიცენზიით, თითოეული ავტორის მითითებით. ლოცვების ტექსტები, საეკლესიო კალენდარი და საღმრთო წერილი წარმოადგენს საქართველოს მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესიის საჯარო მემკვიდრეობას.

თქვენი უფლებები (GDPR)

Locvani ("the app") is provided by Geo Importers LLC, a company registered in Georgia (company ID 405726978) ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Geo Importers LLC is the data controller. Contact: info@geoimporters.com

Overview

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app uses and how. In short: the app stores no personal data on our servers — because we have none. The single exception is measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns using Meta's (Facebook) SDK (see "Analytics and tracking"), which on iOS is controlled by your permission.

Personal data

Locvani does not collect or store your personal information on our servers — everything you do in the app (prayers, bookmarks, settings) stays on your device. The single exception is measuring advertising-campaign effectiveness (install and first open) via Meta's SDK, which on iOS is gated by your App Tracking Transparency choice — see "Analytics and tracking" below.

What is stored on your device

Your preferences and activity are saved only in the app's local storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Location

The app can use your location for one purpose only: to show nearby churches and your position on the map. Location is processed on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit it. The map is rendered by Apple Maps (MapKit); your interaction with the map is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Notifications

If you enable prayer reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification content is sent to us or to any third party.

Analytics and tracking

The app. The app uses no general analytics service and does not collect information about your activity within the app.

The single exception is measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: the app uses Meta's (Facebook) SDK to count how many people installed and opened the app as a result of our App Install ads. Only the install and first open are measured — never what you read or do inside the app.

On iOS, the first launch shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt:

This website (locvani.ge). This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag) to measure how well our advertising campaigns perform. For that purpose Google may set cookies in your browser and process your IP address. This applies to *the website only* — the app itself remains completely free of tracking. The data is processed by Google; see the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Third-party content

Church photographs shown in the app are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licenses, with attribution to each author. Prayer texts, the church calendar, and Scripture are part of the public heritage of the Georgian Orthodox Church.

Your rights under the GDPR (EU/UK)

We hold no personal data about you on our servers — data stored locally on your device is fully under your control and is deleted when you uninstall the app. For advertising attribution (if you allow tracking on iOS), the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is processed by Meta; to exercise your rights over that processing see the [Meta Privacy Policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy), and you can withdraw the permission at any time in iOS Settings. You retain all rights granted by the GDPR and may contact us with any question at info@geoimporters.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information. Meta's SDK processing of the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to measure ad campaigns may qualify as "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA; on iOS you can opt out by declining the tracking prompt, and on Android by resetting or turning off your Advertising ID in device settings.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) or under 16. The advertising-attribution feature (Meta's SDK) requires explicit tracking permission on iOS; without that permission, no Advertising Identifier is used.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and within the app.
